Sholly: pick up the call na…what are you waiting for?

 

Allen: but wait babe…why are you so interested in me picking my calls? I don’t understand..

 

Sholly: stop changing the topic and do what I ask you to do..

 

Allen: hmm…. Then answered the call..

 

On call.

Allen: hello Daddy, how are you doing sir.. how is the family…. sorry I didn’t pick up earlier I’m with my friends right now.. sir

 

Rich daddy: oh oh..it’s okay I understand you… Greet your friends for me.. just wanted to tell you that I’m in town now…your uncle ask me to give you some stuffs

 

Allen: oh wow thank you sir…. I will call you back later sir when I’m free….he Said very fast while smiling throughout..

 

Rich daddy: ok bye…we talk later….

 

Allen: ok sir bye…

 

Call ended…

 

Sholly: oh it’s your dad?

 

Allen: don’t oh it’s your Dad anything here please.. you thought it’s a different something right?

 

Sholly; no nah. pumpkin I just wanted to be sure..

 

Allen: hmmm… Go away please…you don’t trust me abi?

He said going back to the bathroom….

Sholly; stop na… My body is already hàrd..

Allen: yes don’t come close to me….he said and entered the bathroom..

 

Sholly: got angryy and started washing the plates anyhow… Hittíng them against each other… 

 

Few minutes later Allen came out of the bathroom..

 

Allen: babe please pass me my cream

 

Sholly: snubs him..

 

Allen: baby….I said pass me my cream please!

 

Sholly: walked away to a different place.. keeping an angryy face..

 

Allen: whahala…you dey vex with me?

 

Sholly; removed his clothes and entered the bathroom..

 

Allen: sholly don vex 😂😂..hey sholly if you like vex knàvk your head for ground..I won’t say sorry…. He said while laughing..

 

Sholly: is it not you again? I know you will never say sorry… He said in his mind while bathing

 

Few minutes after that he was done..then he came out..

 

Allen: baby what did I do now? 

 

Sholly: snubs him and head to where he kept some of his clothes..

 

Allen:baby talk to me now..why did I do?

 

Sholly: you said you can’t say sorry right? It’s fine just let me be like This

 

Allen: 😂😂😂 Mr Man is sorry your problem?

 

Sholly; oh it’s now my problem abi?.. me that use to say sorry Everytime to you I’m a foool abi or what? 

 

Allen: wait sholly….what’s wrong?  Why are you taking things too serious 🙄

 

Sholly; you know I’m angryy at you…. can’t you pet me at least.. at Least make me feel loved.. you just sat down laughing abi?

Sholly: turned around and looked at him.. he was surprised to hear that from Allen..

Allen: I don’t know… I didn’t say anything..

He said calmly…. Because he saw the sudden change of facial expressions of sholly…

 

Sholly: I should do my worst? He said calmly why looking at Allen….

 

Allen: that’s not what I mean….he also said gently

Allen: didn’t say anything…. because he knows he fvcked up.. and everything was his fault…

The apology should come from him..but his pride won’t let him say that…

 

Sholly: finished wearing his clothes and was about going out….

 

Allen: where are you going? He asked hurriedly

 

Sholly: snubbed him and left..

 

Allen: oh shít… what have I done? I didn’t mean they way seriously….I never knew he will get angryy like that.. and me self….my pride too much self… simple sorry I can’t say 🤦🤦🤦

I need to make it up to him..

 

Evening time.. Allen prepared a very nice food…and was waiting for sholly to come back..

 

He waited hours and sholly still didn’t come back…

 

He called him but no response…

 

He waited for long and slept..

 

Not long after that sholly came back and met him sleeping.. he just quietly entered the bathroom and took his bath…then came back to the room and also slept off..

 

Scene 2 ( Allen and sholly)

The following morning..

 

Allen: woke up…. yawning…. Oh God when did I slept off.. 

Then he turned and saw sholly sleeping..

 

Then he quickly stood up and went to the kitchen to check if sholly ate the food he cooked… 

 

Allen: he didn’t eat this food? Wow… Ok no problem na..he said angrilyy and entered the room back..

 

So you didn’t eat the food I cooked yesterday? He said raising his voice

 

Sholly: pretending to be sleeping…

 

Allen: don’t tell me that you’re sleeping please….stand up and answer me..

 

Sholly: sat on the bed to listen to him..

 

Allen: answer me..why didn’t you eat the foot I cooked yesterday? 

 

Sholly: how am I supposed to know you cooked and besides I came back late and full already..

 

Allen: didn’t you see my misses calls or what? 

 

Sholly: my phone was not with me

 

Allen: and when it was with you? You still didn’t see it? He said angrilyy

 

Sholly: the problem is the food right? It’s fine I will eat it.. I don’t want arguments to add up with the one already on ground…

 

Allen: wtf?.. like seriously? Asking why you didn’t eat food is now problem? Something that I suffered and cook and now you’re saying this?

 

Sholly: Allen why are you so selfish like this? Why do you only care about you’re emotions and feelings? What about mine? Am I not human? So I can’t get angryy at you or what? And I don’t deserve apology when you offèñd me?

 

Allen: wow… I see..

Sholly should I remind you that this is my apartment? I mean this is my apartment! Like I paid for it alone including everything inside here.. the food stuff too..

 

Sholly: wow… So this is you? Now you’re bragging with that now…. Because I stay with you here? I don’t have my own apartment? Or what do you mean? I’m here because I love you and want to always be around you…. Not otherwise….not because of your food or what so ever you might be thinking..

 

Allen: then give me the respect for the little you receive here..

 

Sholly: wait…. Allen what’s wrong with you? I should respect you because I eat your food?wow…. It’s fine I won’t have this talk with you again…. Because you’re already getting me angryy…

 

Allen: I won’t stop sholly…. Let me even remind you… Have you forgotten about my phone? I lost my phone because of you…that phone worth 320k+… Since the last time we talked about it what effort have you made to even get me even if it’s an Android phone?

 

Sholly: I thought you should understand my situation and my strength….you know I’m trying my best each ad every day… Don’t use this against me….

 

Allen: you know what? I have had enough of this…. I can’t continue with this again….

 

Sholly: you can’t continue with what? 

 

Allen: with everything…I can’t continue with everything again please.. I’m tired

Sholly: stood up from the bed immediately..

Allen: this is not about the food.. see sholly just go now.. give me my space ok.. he said and left his front

 

Sholly: followed him immediately…. Babes sorry na…. Pumpkin..

Allen: I will be going out to get something now.. please before I come back I don’t want to see you here… just give me space please…he said and wore his clothes and left…

Hmm me that can’t go a day with out seeing him..

He said while looking a the few clothes he brought to the room..

 

Scene 3( Allen at his apartment)

 

Allen opened the door and entered… He saw sholly’s clothes still there.. but sholly wasn’t

 

Allen: hmm.. I said I need space… I meant with your clothes…

He said and sat down on the bed..

 

Scene 4(sholly with his friends )

3 days later….

 sholly descided to hang out with his friends…they were just sitting somewhere chatting…

 

Sholly: guys.. what do you do if someone you really love ask for break up?

 

They all laughed 😂 at him..

 

Who dey love? Sholly when you get babe wey you no tell us? One of them asked

 

Sholly: hmmm… Love is pàíñful!

Sholly: collected it and started smokin…and also drinking..

 

About an hour later.. he saw someone that looked like Allen coming out from a car to enter a shopping mall closer to where him and his friends where sitting…

 

Sholly: stood up immediately… Is that not pumpkin? He said while walking very fast towards the mall..

 

Friends: sholly where you dey go guy?

 

Sholly: guys I dey come.. make I check something..he said to them and continue walking

 

He got there and saw Allen getting few things then came out and entered the car again and left…

 

Sholly: who’s with my pumpkin… He said angrilyy while he get a cab and asked him to follow the car Allen was in..

 

After few minutes driver..Allen and his rich daddy reach the hotel and they entered..

 

Sholly: hotel? What is he doing here?and who’s that old man? 

He said while he followed them quietly..

 

Allen and his rich daddy reach the reception and asked for the key to thier room from the receptionist..

 

Receptionist: ok sir room 306?

 

Allen; yes…

 

Sholly: 306? Is that the room they are staying?

He said while he stayed outside watching them..

 

Scene 6( Allen and rich daddy in the room)

 

Allen: omg sugar daddy..you bought me iPhone 14? Omg…thank you so much Daddy 😩🥺☺️☺️he said while dancing in happiness..

Scene 7(sholly Inside the hotel)

 

Sholly: which room did I hear again self? 

30…what self?.. he said while walking around the rooms carrying 300+ on the door..

 

Then he got to the door of 306..

Yeah this is room.. I’m very sure..

 

Then he knocked…

 

Allen: who’s there please? 

 

Sholly: it’s the receptionist..he said trying to change his voice..

 

Allen: daddy..did you call anyone?

 

Rich daddy: no I didn’t..

 

Allen: alright let me just check..

 

 Then he opened the door..

 

Boom… He was sholly..😳😳

 

Sholly: what are you doing here?

 

Allen: breathing very fast as the iPhone 14 he was holding fell down.. 

 

Rich daddy: my love what’s that what happened?

 

Sholly: my love? Wow.. he’s calling you my love?.. wow.. he’s your sugar daddy? Oh sorry the rich daddy that called you that day?

 

Allen: still looking so shocked..

 

Sholly: his eyes became full with tears… The pàín and betràyal was written all over him..

 

Allen: what are you doing here? Why did you follow me here?.. I told you we are done!

 

Sholly: exhales heavily.. we’re done? You asked for space and I gave you..is this why you asked for space and bréak up? He. Said very calmly looking at him deep in the eyes..

 

Rich daddy: my Love.. who’s there.. what’s going on

 

Allen: it’s the receptionist daddy..I’m coming now..

 

Sholly: exhales…wow I’m now a receptionist? He said while tears almost rolled from his eyes..

 

Allen: good bye… Don’t come back here..

 

Sholly: looked down and saw the iPhone 14 Inside the cartoon..

Oh wow he bought you the phone? 

 

Allen: picked the phone and shút the door..

 

Sholly: turned around walking slowly and exhausted..with a pàíñ filled heart..

Am I this useles all this while that I didn’t know? Just three days away and he’s doing This? He said while walking down stairs slowly…

 

He got outside took a taxi and left..

He got back to where his friends where sitting and then joined them..

Immediately he got there he collected the beeer one of his friends was drinking and started drinking it very fast… after he collected cígaràté from another person and started smokin very fast..

 

Friends: guy calm down what happened na..

 

Sholly: I’m a big foool… He said angrilyy to him self..

 

Scene 8( Allen at his work)

 

Allen just got bàck home around 11:30pm.. 

He opened the door, switched on the light

 

Boom.. he met sholly on the bed sleeping while holding a bottle of beeer.. .

 

Allen: Jesus Christ…he said quickly out of fear and shock…

 

And that led to sholly waking up immediately..

 

Allen: what’s wrong with you? See how you scàred me? How did you get here? What are you doing here?

 

Sholly: half druñk… Laughing in a funny way and looking at Allen..

What am I doing here?

Hahaah you are asking me what am I doing here? I came to see you of course..my pumpkin..

He said sounding half druñk..

 

Allen: I told you we broke up already..so leave here right now!

 

Sholly: broke up? With who? When was that?.. 

He said as he stood up from the bed…. trying to hug Allen..

 

Allen: pushedd him away and slaap him…

Sholly: came back to his senses after the slaap..

Whaaat? What did I even do to you Allen?  You offended me and  I got angryy at you.. I only expected an apology from you that’s all.. 

But you turned everything around and blamed me..

Since that day you didn’t call me or pick my calls.. and today again I saw you with another person an old man… isn’t that too much on me..is the punishmént not enough… The past 3 days have been hèll for me..I hardly eat or even focus on work…all his because of you.. you asked for break up..

 

Allen: I don’t owe you any explanation.. leave here..

 

Sholly: wow… Like seriously? Is that what you will say..my feelings is useles to you?
